We are back on line after a short break due to technical difficulties. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. The Club AGM will be held in the clubhouse on Wednesday 25th November starting at 8.00. Motions and nominations must be with club secretary, Paul Jennings by next Wednesday 18th November. Only fully paid up members are eligible to vote at the AGM Nursery The nursery was cancelled yesterday due to the dreadful weather. Hopefully it will be back next week. Last week 33 children attended the nursery. The numbers were down due to the mid term break. Before the bank holiday, Whitehall Colmcilles travelled to O'Tooles to paly the Under 7 team, while the week before 50 children attendee the nursery and the older children enjoyed games of both football and hurling against visiting teams from Raheny. Membership subscriptions for 2009/2010 are now overdue. Ladies Football The Under 16 girls had a great win recently against Naomh Mearnog. Every girl gave 100%. A special mention our goalkeeper Aoife Hanlon who saved not one, but two penalites. Clontibret COunty Champions Hard luck to Clontibret, Monoghan county champions on their defeat in the Ulster championship today. When Clontibret won the county chanpionship recently , Sean Leonard, late of O'Tooles was on the winning team giving Sean a Monaghan football county chanpionship medal to go with his under 21 Dublin county championship medal won with O'Tooles. Calling all former players Clubhouse Events for the week. Monday night. The regular Texas Holdem will takes place in the clubhouse on Monday nights. The competition starts now starts at 8.00. Be there before 7.45 to get 1,000 early bird chips. Doors open at 7.00 Tuesday Night. Wednesday Night. Thursday Night. The Lotto draw takes place each Thursday night The jackpot for next Thursday is €2850 Friday Night. There will be a racenight in aid of the juvenile section Saturday Night. Saturday Night live music continues on Saturday next with Whiplash There will be a cover charge for all non-members. Sunday Night.
