The clubhouse shall remain closed on Tuesday next 22nd and Wednesday 23rd September for refurbishment work. It shall reopen on Thursday evening in plenty of time for the weekly lotto. Regarding the lotto, belated congratulations to A. Maxon on scooping the €3000 jackpot win on 10th September. Nursery The very successful nursery resumed on 12th September after a layoff for the summer, better and stronger than ever. There were 54 attendeed last Saturday. The nursery extends Get Well Soon wishes to Niall Williams and hopes he will be well enpough to be back at next week's nursery. Boys and girls between 5 and 7 are welcome to come along to the nursery each Saturday morning. The nursery starts at 10.00 sharp and runs until 11.30. The nursery is run by a band of volunteers headed by John Synnott and aided by our Games Promotions Officer (GPO) Niall Williams. For further details contact Niall at 087 9136374
Membership subscriptions for 2009/2010 are now overdue Ladies Football The Under 16 girls had a good win against Round Towers on Saturday last and are now in the Under 16 Shield FInal. Monday night. The regular Texas Holdem will takes place in the clubhouse on Monday nights. The competition starts now starts at 8.00. Be there before 7.45 to get 1,000 early bird chips.
